At the foundation of CSMG is Lori Waits, a graphic design and signage industry professional with nearly three decades of hands-on experience serving thousands of businesses across every sector, from independent real estate agents to government agencies and commercial enterprises.
Lori's expertise encompasses brand identity development, large-format signage, commercial print production, and promotional design — combined with the production instincts that come from manufacturing thousands of signs and managing complex projects under demanding deadlines.
In 2007, Lori founded and operated a sign company in Morristown, Tennessee before relocating to Lexington, Kentucky, where she spent years in production-level manufacturing and refined a professional discipline that experience alone can develop: understanding precisely what a client needs, often before they can fully articulate it themselves.

Eastern Reclamations is a developing nonprofit initiative conceived to transform how Kentucky, and eventually the surrounding region, manages new construction waste. The program is designed to intercept recyclable debris before it reaches landfills, with a target of diverting up to 40 percent of eligible construction material from disposal. Recovered materials are then repurposed to construct tiny homes for individuals and families displaced by disasters, creating a closed-loop system in which waste becomes shelter and environmental responsibility generates direct community benefit.
